In small business, it can be tempting to broaden your range of products and services in order to grow. However, you then fall into the trap of trying to be everything to everyone. The result is that you dilute your expertise and diversify your customer market to the point where you can't offer specialised attention to anyone. Yesterday, I went to buy a new ipod shuffle. Small Business must be included in measures to help reduce climate change
The release of the Garnaut report today shows the importance of taking real and effective measures to reduce climate change now. Australian small businesses, numbering over 2 million, must be included at both ends of the scale.
