ACTU accuses Telstra of union busting
The ACTU is accusing Telstra of plotting to use the Howard government's WorkChoices legislation to slash the pay and conditions of its staff. The Australian Council of Trade Unions has been given internal documents it says outlines a pay deal Telstra management has been planning to offer its staff, complete with a punishment clause for staff who knock-back the deal..
