Leading businessman David Gonski has slammed the relevance of annual general meetings and says they are in desperate needs of an overhaul.Mr Gonski, the chairman of Coca-Cola Amatil Ltd and Investec Bank and a director of Westfield Group, Singapore Airlines Ltd and ASX Ltd, said annual general meetings (AGMs) were not relevant to the vast majority of shareholders..
